Terms and conditions

All of the details of the wedding coverage will be discussed and planned in consultation with the couple.

All packages that are offered can be customised to suit the individual requirements of the couple.

A £150 booking fee will be required at the time of booking, which will then be deducted from the total cost of the coverage price.   The booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

All coverage packages and services are to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.

Any mileage incurred for the planning of the wedding and on the actual day, will be calculated using Google Maps and will be included in the overall cost charged to the couple at 35p/mile.

In the event of illness or incapacity, which would prevent the photographer from attending the wedding, they will make every effort to find a replacement photographer but no guarantee can be given for this.  If a replacement photographer cannot be found, liability will be limited to a full refund of all monies paid by the couple, including the deposit.

The photographer reserves the right to use the photographs taken for promotional and advertising material.

At all times the photographer will make every effort to ensure the capture of photographs requested. If circumstances occur beyond the control of the photographer, such as poor weather conditions, the willingness of subjects, camera equipment failure, vehicle failure or traffic conditions, the photographer can accept no liability.

Every careis taken in the photographic, processing and printing procedures, using high quality professional equipment.   In the very unlikely event of total photographic failure, the photographer's liability is limited to a full refund of all money paid.  Neither party shall be liable for indirect consequential loss.   Statutory rights are not affected.

Copyright of all photographs produced is retained by the photographer and it is a criminal offence to make copies from them by any means including other media, under the terms of the copyright, designs and patents acts 1998.   The original files will always remain the property of the photographer.
